Payment

We can accept the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Delta and Maestro. Cards that are enrolled in the 3D secure scheme will require the password to complete the payment. If the card is not enrolled then you will have the opportunity to do so at checkout. 3D secure is an additional layer of card security that is used for online purchases and is similar to using a pin number at a physical shop.

Card transactions are processed by www.SagePay.com using the latest available security technology. On the checkout page a 'frame' will appear within the checkout page requesting you to input your card details. You can check that the frame is secure by 'hovering' your mouse pointer over the 'proceed' button and you can see the URL (website address) that it will connect to is https://live.sagepay.com (the 's' shows it is a secure server). Please ensure that you enter your name/address in the same format that your card company uses to write to you as an 'address verification' will take place, your CVV2 number (3 digits on back of card) will also be required. Once the address and CVV2 have been verified your order will compete. If you are enrolled in 3D secure then you will be asked for your password as an additional security layer.

We do not see or have any access to your card details and as such we do not and cannot store your card details.

Delivery

Once you order has been accepted it will be dispatched using the method you have chosen on the checkout page. Orders placed before 3:30pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. You can opt to receve your order the next working day guaranteed by selecting the Royal Mail Special Delivery postage option at the checkout. The order will then be received by 1pm the next working day guaranteed.
