Delivery & Postage Costs

Free Standard delivery on everything. This applies to orders dispatched to the UK only. Standard delivery orders are dispatched using Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class delivery.

Order by 3:30pm Monday - Friday and your order will be dispatched same day.

Where Free Standard delivery is selected 99% of orders are sent by 1st class Royal Mail, the remainder are sent 2nd class Royal Mail.

You should expect Standard delivery items to arrive 1 - 3 days from dispatch, but please allow at least 7 days for the order to arrive. Standard delivery items will always take longer than expected to arrive in December, during bad weather and during Royal Mail industrial action. It's not possible to track Standard delivery orders.

We offer an Express delivery option at checkout. These items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery and is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the next working day after dispatch. As with Standard delivery the deadline for same day dispatch is 3:30pm (Monday - Friday). Royal Mail Special Delivery can be tracked online and will require a signature on delivery. The postage cost for Special Delivery is dependent on the weight of the items in the order. You can obtain the actual cost by placing the items required in your basket, proceed to checkout and then use the postage calculator.  

We also offer the option of having your order delivered by DHL. This is a 48 hour service and delivery should be expected 1 - 3 days after you place the order. A signature will be required on delivery and the package can be tracked online. This service is useful for large/heavy orders in which Royal Mail in uneconomical.

International buyers are welcome; we send orders by Royal Mail Airmail. We offer two services - Standard and Signed For. Standard Airmail cannot be tracked. European buyers should allow 3 - 7 days for the order to arrive, for the rest of the world you should allow 5 - 14 days. 'Royal Mail Signed For' is a priority serive (although it does not have a guaranteed delivery date), has online tracking, insurance and a signature will be required on delivery. The postage cost for Airmail is dependent on the weight of the items in the order. You can obtain the actual cost by placing the items required in your basket, proceed to checkout and then use the postage calculator. There is a 2kg weight limit for Airmail, if your order weighs over 2kg then you will need split your order and multiple orders.
