Cancellations & Returns
We take great pride in our reputation for excellence in customer service. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.
There are a few reasonable conditions regarding returns/exchanges:
Returns are accepted on prior authorisation only - please contact us first, preferable by email. We will then email back to confirm we will accept the return. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturers defect, sizing problems or if you just don't want the item once you have received it. If you have an item that is defective please notify us within 3 days. If you simply wish to return an item please notify us within 7 days. We then ask that the item is then retuned with 7 days from notification.
All returned items must be new, clean, unworn and must not smell of smoke, perfume etc. and be free from pet hairs, make-up, fake tan etc, with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original undamaged packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the buyer upon payment of return postage costs. Intimate items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
When packing your item for return please treat the item with care and be careful not to damage the packaging or box.
If you would prefer and exchange rather than a refund then please notify us of which item you would like instead as we will need to put one aside for you. We may also require a small payment to help us with the additional postage costs that we didn't anticipate when we price our items for sale.
If you wish to cancel an order please let us know as soon as possible. We are very fast at dispatching your item once the order has been placed so please be quick! If you wish to cancel after your order has been dispatched then you will need to follow the return procedure above.
Buyers are responsible for all postage and packing costs when effecting a return.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
