For UK buyers Postage & Packing costs are £2.90 for the first item and then £1.50 for each additional item. International orders will have an extra £3.50 per order added at checkout to cover the additional costs of Airmail.

Postage Methods:

UK orders are sent using Royal Mail 1st class. Non UK orders are dispatched Royal Mail Airmail.

If you need your order to arrive next day then we offer Royal Mail Special Delivery. This guarantees delivery by 1pm the next working day after posting. If you would like us to use Special Delivery just select it as your shipping method on the checkout page. It costs £6.40 for the first item and then £1.50 for each additional item. Special Delivery items dispatched on a Friday are guaranteed to arrive on Monday, however, it is very likely to arrive on Saturday. Royal Mail do offer a guaranteed Saturday delivery for Special Delivery items dispatched on a Friday for an additional charge of £2. If you would like to opt for guaranteed Saturday delivery, please email us to arrange.

Dispatch Timings:

Orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed by 9am Saturday will be dispatched that day. Orders placed on a Sunday will be dispatched on Monday.

Back Orders/Out of Stock Items:

All items listed are in stock. In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock we will not substitute items without your consent. We will not back order items without your consent.

Returns:

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange.

Returns are accepted only in case of prior authorisation. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturers defect or sizing problems. Items returned due to sizing problems will only be exchanged (a refund will only be issued if a different size is not in stock). If you have a defect in material, quality or the item was the incorrect size, you must notify us by email within 3 days of receipt.

All items must be new, clean, unworn and must not smell of smoke, perfume etc., with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged. Items returned that do not meet the above criteria will be returned to the buyer upon payment of return postage costs. Any refund given will be for the item cost only; postage, packing and handling costs will not be refunded. Returned items are subject to a £2 restocking fee (boots and shoes £4). Items of an intimate nature (i.e. with a gusset) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

The exchange of boots/shoes will require a payment of £3 to help cover the cost of additional postage.

Items must be received within 7 business days once return authorisation has been obtained. 24red.co.uk will refund you or dispatch a replacement within 7 business days. Please note that you are responsible for all postage and packing costs when effecting a return.
